Psalm 57:1
Be merciful to me, O God, be merciful to me, for in you my soul takes refuge; in the shadow of your wings I will take refuge, till the storms of destruction pass by. 
Life has been hard for everyone over the last couple of years. Canceled plans, fear of the unknown, death, disease, sickness, and unmet expectations have worn out our souls. For many of us, the last couple of years have just compounded an already hard life or season. I am the latter, but it has been in recent years that I have experienced my Heavenly Father and His Providence in a way like never before. I pray this is a place where we can all come weary, heartbroken, and let down to experience the amazing love, hope, and peace that we have through Jesus. A place for encouragement and community; a place of honesty free from the fear of judgement. Even if it is just for a few moments every day, may we have a quiet place of refuge to experience and learn to walk in providence.
